Based on a much-modified Remington Model 700 short action, serial G7082817 features a 23-inch barrel, reprofiled and skeletonized receiver and bolt handle, fluted bolt body, hollow bolt knob, premium synthetic stock with Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad and Talley ring mounts (1-inch). The action is marked “Hatari II” at the request of the original owner. DIMENSIONS: Weight is 5.6 pounds with mounts. Length-of-pull is 13.5 inches. CONDITION: The bore is strong and bright. Trigger pull is positive and crisp. Metal finish appears to be Ceracote and shows at over 95 percent.
