Made circa 1986, serial LB196-500 has a 19.5-inch tapering sporter barrel with banded front sight (fluted pedestal, sculpted ramp, brass-beaded blade), island rear sight (sculpted base, fixed express blade with additional folding leaf), Kimber bases, flat bolt handle (checkered underside), claro walnut stock with strong figure and crossing grain, full stock with end cap, panel checkering with partial double border, checkered steel butt plate with widow’s peak, steel grip cap, inletted sling swivel studs and timed screws. DIMENSIONS: Weight is 6.8 pounds and the length-of-pull is 13.5 inches. CONDITION: The bore is strong and bright. Trigger pull is crisp. Metal and stock finishes are each approximately 99 percent with but trace indications of handling. INCLUSIONS: A box with hand-written end label, instructions and warranty card is present but in poor condition. No additional accessories.
