Made in 2011, serial 8996 has 24-inch barrels (ramp front sight base with matted top and brass-beaded blade, sling swivel stud, quarter rib with matted top and windage-adjustable express leaf, ejectors, rust blue finish). Features include a color case receiver, mechanical thumb safety, AA-grade walnut stock (wrap checkering with Mullered borders, right hand palm swell, scalloped cheek rest, satin finish). A mercury recoil reduction tube has been added under the Pachmayr recoil pad. OPTIC: A quick-detaching Trijicon RMR sight has been fitted with rib modification by JJ Perodeau. ACCURACY: The factory test target shows a center-to-center spread of 1.325 inches between shots (50 meters, Hornady 400-grain bullets). DIMENSIONS: Weight is 9.2 pounds and the length-of-pull is 14.35 inches. CONDITION: The bores are strong and bright. Barrels are full on face and the opening lever rests well right. Ejectors and safety functions are both positive and smooth. Finish over the barrels and guard is at least 99 percent. Receiver colors are vivid. Wood is at least 98 percent with trace indications of handling. The optic operates properly and shows in nearly new condition.
