Factory Second Marlin 39A .22 LR. Made in 1946, serial C10964 is a factory-marked “SECOND” with a 24-inch barrel (hooded ramp front sight with silver-beaded blade, full length magazine tube, elevation-adjustable rear sight). Features include double-bordered panel checkering, drilled/tapped tang and a butt plate with horizontal serrations. DIMENSIONS: Weight is 6.4 pounds and the length-of-pull is 13.25 inches. CONDITION: The bore is bright and shiny with minor instances of trace maching marks. Metal finish is approximately 70 percent with some general thinning and light browning.
