Smith & Wesson Model 29 .44 Magnum. Made in 1963, serial number S207875 has the four screw configuration and polished nickel finish. Features include a 4-inch barrel (pinned and recessed), adjustable rear sight with white outline blade, wide color case hammer with checkered spur, wide color case trigger with serrated face and walnut “Coke bottle” grips. No box or factory papers are present. CONDITION: The bore is flawless. Based on the finish brightness of the cylinder face this one may not have been fired since leaving the factory. Metal finish is approximately 98 percent with faint turning ring, occasional rub marks and a few small shaded spots on top of the rib. The face of the front sight blade has been colored red. The left grip panel is chipped at its base. PROVENANCE: A factory letter showing original order/shipment to the Country of Bernalillo, New Mexico is included.
