Made circa 1953, serial K225314 (4x: barrel, cylinder, butt and right grip panel) is a five-screw, square-butt configuration wearing a 6-inch barrel with a .130 (width) front sight blade and an integral serrated rib. Additional features include an adjustable rear sight (black blade), color case hammer with checkered spur, color case trigger with serrated face, serrated front and back straps (six lines each) and diamond grips. CASE: A period molded factory case is included. While there is significant paint loss the interior condition and general integrity are outstanding. One of the small retaining pins for the upper portion of the lock plate assembly is missing. CONDITION: The bore is outstanding, strong and bright. Mechanics are sooth and solid. Metal finish is approximately 98 percent. Colors are lively. Grips are over 99 percent. The price is firm and layaway is available. $1,750 plus shipping.
