Made on the OOO frame in 1931, it features 26-inch barrels choked M/M (on a plunger gauge), single bead, 2.5-inch chambers, extractor, automatic safety, mechanical triggers, capped pistol grip and a dog’s head butt plate. DIMENSIONS: Weight is 6.4 pounds. Length-of-pull is 14.0 inches, drops are 1.5 and 2.75 inches, and the butt is absent cast. CONDITION: The barrels are on face and the bores mirror bright. The top lever closes well to the right. Wearing an older restoration, barrel blue is 97 percent with tack-sharp rib markings. Colors are approximately 80 percent with small areas of browning. Engraving and screw heads remain generally sharp. Blue over the guard and on the triggers is about 97 percent. The splinter also shows at about 97 percent with strong integrity and sharp checkering. The butt comes in at about 96 percent, with sharp checkering, a few modest field impressions and bit of finish lift adjoining the butt plate. The plate itself remains in superb condition.
