Screws are timed. FINISH: The barrels wear a deep rust blue, the opening lever and guard polished blue and the action/forend furniture bright color case. Triggers and pins are further accented with niter blue. ENGRAVING: The action, guard and tangs showcase leaf & scroll to approximately 60 percent coverage, the pattern reflecting on the barrel bases. WOOD: Stocked to the fences in exhibition grade Turkish walnut, the splinter is accented with a slight Schnabel and the English stock with drop points and a checkered butt. Checkering is a wrapping borderless 26 lines-per-inch pattern. DIMENSIONS: Weight is 6.6 pounds. Length-of- pull is 14.75 inches, drops are 1.6 and 2.6 inches, and cast off is approximately .30-inch. CONDITION: Bores are pristine and the action is full on face. Opening lever rests well to the right. Metal finish is essentially new.
