Kimber of Oregon Model 82 SuperAmerica .22 LR. An extremely early SuperAmerica with important options and selected wood, serial number SA90 features a 22-inch sporter barrel with quarter rib express folding rear sight, Warne quick detaching rings with Leupold M8 4x scope (tapering crosswire reticle) and a five-round magazine. The stock is accented with a figured forend tip (reddish ebony or possibly rosewood), wrap-around checkering, scalloped cheek rest, steel grip cap, checkered steel butt plate with a widow’s peak and sling swivel studs. Along with serial number SA690 (presented separately), this rifle was hand-selected by the original owner at the Kimber factory. Wood figure is outstanding for an early SuperAmerica. DIMENSIONS: Weight with optic is 7.4 pounds and length-of-pull is 13.5 inches. CONDITION: This two-owner rifle has fired approximately 150 times since leaving Clackamas in the 1980s. The bore is pristine and finish conditions are nearly 100 percent with faint but faint indications of handling. The front sight is missing. No box, papers or additional accessories.
