Kimber of Oregon Model 82 SuperAmerica .22 LR. A very early SuperAmerica with important options and selected wood, serial number SA690 features a 22-inch sporter barrel with ramp front sight (white-beaded blade and knurled hood), quarter rib express rear sight with folding leaf (drift adjustable for windage), Warne quick detaching rings with Leupold M8 2.5x Compact scope (DuPlex reticle) and a five-round magazine. The stock is accented with an ebony forend tip, wrap-around checkering, scalloped cheek rest, steel grip cap, checkered steel butt plate with a widow’s peak and sling swivel studs. Along with serial number SA90 (presented separately), this rifle was hand-selected by the original owner at the Kimber factory. Wood figure is outstanding and highlighted by a heart-shaped grain accent above the trigger guard on the left side of the stock. DIMENSIONS: Weight with optic is 7.4 pounds and length-of-pull is 13.5 inches. CONDITION: This two-owner rifle has not been fired since leaving Clackamas in the 1980s. The bore is pristine and finish conditions are nearly 100 percent with a small impression on the toe line and otherwise faint indications of handling. No box, papers or additional accessories.
