Blaser Ultimate .30-06 and .375 H&H Magnum. Made circa 1985, this early rifle combo and accessories group was purchased new by the consignor as a curiosity and never taken afield. Serial numbers 2/01436 (.30-06) and 2/01438 (.375 H&H Magnum, the “8” in the serial overstriking a “7”) appear on the 24-inch plain light sporter barrels. Common barrel features include banded .75-inch sling loops and quick release mount bases. Each barrel is paired with its right hand “spoon handle” bolt, caliber-appropriate bolt face and magazine. The action features a single set trigger and engraved side plates. DIMENSIONS: Weight is 6.4 pounds (.375 H&H barrel, sans mounts). Length-of-pull is 14.15 inches and the butt appears to be absent cast. CONDITION: Bores are pristine (possibly unfired). Metal finishes are approximately 99 percent owing to optic mounting/dismounting lines and handling. Wood is over 99 percent, with one flattened checkering diamond in the left grip panel. ACCESSORIES: In addition to those already mentioned, three sets of detachable mount sets (1-inch, two medium sets and one high set), wrenches, O rings and manual are included.
